Meet Vanessa Villavicencio

Vanessa was born and raised in the South Bay. She graduated from California State University Los Angeles in Spring of 2023 with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders. When she first started university, she had the dream of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist and working with children. As her first year of university came to an end, she realized she wanted to make a difference in a population that is largely overlooked– the deaf and hard of hearing community. A friend told her about becoming a Hearing Aid Dispenser and a quick Google search led her to Gardena Hearing. She spent the summer shadowing Sam and quickly fell in love with the field. She received her Hearing Aid Dispenser Trainee license in Fall of 2023.

On her free time, Vanessa likes to cook, bake, shop, and spend time with her family.
