Meet Samuel Delgado

I was born and raised in Southern California. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from California State University Los Angeles in Spring of 2018.  I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Marcia Blank during the last semester of school where I needed to complete hours for an internship program. Immediately after graduating, I joined the Gardena Hearing Center team as a full-time employee, taking on the roles of front-desk receptionist, biller, and Hearing Aid Dispenser trainee. 

During this period where I held my trainee license, Dr. Marcia Blank taught me the ins and outs of working in a private practice. Most notably, she was a great mentor in learning how to provide patients with the care they deserve.

In the Spring of 2019, I became a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser with the California State Board and have been continuing to provide care to patients since then.

It was always a dream of mine to have my own private practice—a dream that became reality when Dr. Blank offered me the opportunity to purchase her clinic. In November 2023, I became owner of Gardena Hearing, and I am excited to keep providing the excellent patient care we are known for and to continue the legacy which she established in the 1990s.

When I’m not in the office seeing patients, I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and dog, traveling, working on cars, going to concerts, cycling, and fostering dogs with rescues in the greater Los Angeles area.
